what's new for Spring?

Anyone have any suggestions? In a tight budget, but wondering if there a few keys things I should be looking at for a cheap and easy update?

I'm going to spend wisely this Spring. I'd say a pair of white jeans, a pale pastel something and some statement jewellery.
