For under £50? Can it be done? I like biker-type but with no studs and Chelsea boots, but need to be flat and very comfortable (I have wide feet!)...

Ok, can I suggest Clarks. They go up to a size 5 1/2 in boots ( childrens department) I have a pair of black ones, biker style. They are leather and cost £52. My DD has the same pair in brown size 12.

I always find if I look hard and well that Tesco have some good boots that have lasted me a long time. I don't wear them every day I have to say.

Next (children's) have some good ones

oh I got some Reiker boots last November.

They are now in the sale at £59

Very, very comfortable. I have wide feet also, but have worn and worn these. Even on 6 mile walks (to pub and back!)

boots

I have them in the wine colour. But black is prob more versatile.

I am tempted to buy more for future winters. They are the best boots I have had in a while.
