ASOS returns

I sent back a dress I ordered about a week ago for a refund. I've never ordered anything from ASOS before so just sent it back via the post office in the bag it came in with the returns slip. Never had to pay anything, they just gave me a receipt.

Does anybody know how long it takes ASOS to process returns in this way? I haven't had an email and nothing is showing on my account.

I have ordered from them a few times and returned via the process you describe. i would say allow 7 - 14 days for the refund to show in your account. I have never had a problem with ASOS and returns.

they take a couple of weeks to refund but do it eventually!

I returned something a week ago too, and not heard anything yet. I suspect they are busy with post Christmas/ sales returns. Web site says wait 10 working days before contacting them. I've always found customer service excellent if you do need to get in touch with them.
