Anyone got a Pitterpac changing bag?

I love it, really gorgeous bag....

But the zips on mine have gone twice now is it a common problem? Wouldn't expect it for the £££ price....... first time Pitterpac repaired the zip (despite me asking for a replacement) so now its happened again I'm not sure whether to get assertive and ask for a refund or to ask for a replacement bag if it's just that I've been unlucky and got a one off faulty one......

I have a Whitehall bag now for over a year now and have no problems. In fact its getting better with age as the leathers getting softer and softer. Still love it, especially the colour. A friend of mines got the unisex bag, think its black or brown and hers is still going well too. If they've already fixed it once sounds like they're willing to work with you :)

p.s my other half's got the man bag too and that's going strong too a year later :)
