Ankle boot help

I had a personal shopper session at the weekend and ended up getting three dresses. I never wear dresses, but want to, so I went for them. The personal shopper said I should wear them with ankle boots.

I've never had ankle boots and hate shopping (hence the personal shopper - first time and it was brilliant), and have no idea what I need. I go in a shop and stare and think I hate everything and walk out in frustration.

Could anyone point me in the direction of appropriately styled ankle boots? I don't want to spend a lot and have two toddlers in tow, so I don't want to be going up and down the high street with them browsing.

These are the dresses - Yumi diamond print tunic dress in black, Warehouse Scratchy print skater dress and Oasis Floral Jacquard Skater Dress. If one pair could do all three, that would be brilliant. Or if anything else would be right with them, please say so!

I think I prefer a heel and budget is probably £50-£100. I don't want to spend a lot (overspent at the weekend!), but would rather spend more and get decent shoes than get something cheap that will fall apart quickly.
