Help! I've had to smarten up a lot in my new job and I've got a few dresses now. I need help with knowing what to wear on my feet... The dresses are mainly smart shift dresses, knee length, grey / black / blue (dark colours). I'm a size 16 if that makes a difference. The problem is that I have crap ankles and feet so I have to wear insoles so can't be too narrow and they have to be flat or very close to flat. So, looking for shoes or boots that would work - and I just haven't got a clue. Any ideas?

I wear brogue type shoes with a 1 inch or flat heel - clarks do some good supportive ones, would that sort of thing do? I have rubbish feet too :)

I wear wedges or my Clark's brogues.
