Is a 'pouch' the same as a clutch......?

Or is a pouch floppy like a pencil case? I really like this but it's described as a pouch. Is it meant to be a make up bag? Or could I use it as a clutch?

You could use it as a clutch but I think it will be floppy and unstructured.

I think you are right - maybe too floppy. But they have loads of pouches on sale - what do people use them for?! Back to the drawing board......
