How do you find the quality? The first jumper I bought two days ago ... while looking great on ... has a small hole in it under the arm so not impressed. I got it in the Net a Porter 70% off sale so unfortunately I can't get an exchange - it's a refund or live with it and sew it up!

If its got a hole its faulty - return it.

I find j crew fab to be honest, their customer service is amazing and I've found the quality amazing.

Was really disappointed with two J. Crew T-shirts I bought on holiday, one wash and the seams twisted...

You should have returned them olivia.

I ordered some pyjamas recently and only the bottoms turned up so they just refunded me the cost but told me to keep the bottoms.

Speak to nap pixel - they're normally very good at customer service.

I love J Crew but Tbh I've never been that impressed with their T-shirts. They are particularly good at coats and cashmere sweaters. I like the look of their suiting but I've no need for workwear so can't vouch for that side of things. The shoes are well-made but the sizing can vary quite a bit, so careful there. If you buy directly from the site they are very good about refunding you quickly upon return. The best thing to do is check the website regularly for markdowns on trusted items and then snap them up as soon as they hit sale. I've also had good luck with J Crew coats bought NWT from Ebay.

Yes! I really like mine too. What a shame they can't exchange.

No large ones left in stock though will keep monitoring the site :(( I might just keep even though it's faulty

Too early in the sale that is, classic error. I could have got 70% off.

I have a J crew t-shirt and it's incredibly thin, it has also laddered which I'm gutted about.

Cat - return it or email [email protected] - seriously they are very good at customer service, as is nap.

My jcrew tshirts haven't lasted well either - they're the vintage cotton ones. Won't be buying them again. The cashmere is v good - as good as Brora. Prices have gone through the roof since last year though!

no - I have a couple of Splendid ones which have lasted me Mrs CB. The best have been ASOS though. So no price-quality ratio with tshirts for me!

No, I think its best to spend less on t shirts and buy often. But then I only ever buy from j crew when there's a discount code and its the sale.

Just an update - I now have a replacement jumper from Net A Porter - excellent customer service
