Hi - does anyone know if you receive a Collect+ returns label if you order GP sale items? The website details implies that you don't but I'm sure I have had one before - just want to check before ordering. Thanks.

Hi, you don't get a free collect+ label with Great Plains sale orders - you have to download one from their website and pay for it. But I would strongly recommend you don't !!! I returned a parcel to Great Plains using collect+ two weeks ago and after countless phone calls and (unanswered) emails it has only just got there yesterday. It was misrouted four times because collect+ said there was a problem with the Great Plains labels. So I would definitely think twice about using collect+ at all now. I am really not happy with the way they dealt with my problem. I hope that helps!
