It exists! Please help me find it!

For several years I've been looking for my perfect jumper dress without any luck - I even posted on here a couple of months ago and got some good suggestions and bought one but it wasn't right.

Then yesterday in the gym I saw a girl wearing EXACTLY the dress I've been picturing in my head...black, fine knit, slouchy neck and batwing sleeves, with a zip down the back. More like an oversized jumper than a dress shape. I even plucked up the courage to ask her where it was from but when I looked (Maje) she'd clearly got confused and told me where her (also lovely) chunky knit cardigan was from.

I'd almost given up on finding one so perfect but now I've seen it in the flesh I know it exists, it's driving me mad! She was v well dressed so I doubt it was cheap but I'm running out of places to look. Any ideas?

Selfridges and nap stock some maje but not much. There are quite a few stores in London.

Maje is same in euro as £ is ld look at galleries Lafayette pretemps etc

I think my friend has one that might be the one you describe. It was from All Saints but she has had it for about two years so it might well not be in the shops anymore.

Did a google image search on
"Black jumper dress with zip" and saw nice ones by Patrizia Pepe (£££) and warehouse (£) amongst others.

Thanks so much for the replies! burnishedsilver she said it was on sale now and I did find the cardie so I'm guessing I just wasn't clear enough.

tak1ngchances those dresses are lovely but not quite right...you know when you just have a picture in your head?

notnowimreading I could well believe it's All Saints, looked that style but haven't seen it in there this year or last. Gutted!

mrscampbellblack and sleepdodger I did look online and in one of the UK stores which is near to me but no sign. I am such a sadcase, she must've thought i was mad pouncing on her in the gym!
