Need help finding a leather briefcase/business bag

I know nothing about smart ladies briefcases/business bags, but I have been thinking that I would really like one for work next week- I have a couple of big meetings with senior people I haven't met before and will also be in court (giving evidence as an expert witness in my specialism - think medic/scientist).

I have no idea where to look. Oh, and as both DS and DD have the chickenpox, ideally I need something I can order online that will arrive before Monday. I could potentially ask DP to collect something if there are any specialist places in West/Central London, as he'll be going up there for work on Friday.

Ideally I'd like something in black or dark brown leather, big enough for a small laptop/tablet and paperwork, plain in terms of styling and under £150.

Any ideas?

I got my gorgeous brown leather one from eBay. I know it could have been a disaster but they were selling loads of them for £150 buy it now and I got lucky on an auction and got it for £55. It's beautiful.

Have been looking online this evening and not many options are coming up. I'm wondering if I should be searching for a laptop case or folio case ?

Try Knomo, I've got a couple of work bags from there which have lasted and lasted.

Not on the high street and etsy are good. But prob not delivered by Monday as many are handmade/ personalised

I couldn't believe the bag I got for £30 in a store near my PIL

It's a black leather tote, but (tan) handles long enough to go over shoulder. It's bucket sized but has an insert bag which clips in and out so you can keep small items sorted and also has a small clip on attachment which I use for storing my ID badge and travel card. Could be a coin purse. I can fit in

• A 4 notebook
• iPad
• purse
• 2 phones
• 3 small bags (make up, medicine and miscellaneous - headphones, mints etc)

Bit late coming back to this thread sorry ! I ended up buying and then returning a black briefcase by Just For Leather as they offer next day delivery, but am returning it as the styling was a bit school bag- like. The M&S one looks nice!
