Hope one of you ladies can help,

I'm not the best at religiously cleansing toning and moisturising infact I'm pretty useless!! My normal routine is wash face dab a bit witch hazel on if I have a spot and put a bit e45 on face and neck!

I want to start a daily routine but don't know what to use? I have used Clinique oily skin stuff in past but don't really want to spend a fortune!

Can anyone recommend a regime for oilyish skin prone and get the odd spot nothing to expensive??

After reading some of the threads on here and Caroline Hirons blog, I've changed my routine and my skin is at its best ever. Not perfectby a long shot, but the best I've ever had. I use plain white flannels and hot water with cleanser. I have a few on the go, including Neals Yard rose face wash, Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish, Ren calming clay wash and the milk version of same. I follow with Clarins toner for oily skin - the green one or their gentle exfoliating toner. Then La Roche Posay effaclar treatment moisturiser. In the evening I use Clarins lotus facial oil. Once a week I do a diy salycyclic acid peel, and I use a clay mask two or three times a week. It sounds a lot, but after trying and giving up on many other things over the years, I happily put the effort in(and to be honest, it's not that much effort) because I'm so pleased with the results. I've actually had compliments on my skn for the first time in my life! I also have oily/congested skin, with the odd spot. HTH.
