Bag help please

I don't have a huge budget, about £80
I tend to have one bag at a time so need to get this right. My last was a brown leather tula (which I didn't know was a brand as such until just now) that's lasted me ages and I love it but it's dying.

I would like brown leather (not a light tan) large enough to be practical so can carry glasses case, wallet, phone, Filofax etc but not look too totish

Last one very nice

People who've said the last one is it because you like it as it's pictured which is tan. Would it look as good in brown or should I go tan?
Had a look on the other sites and not seen anything else that grabs me

Right I've made a decision not to make a decision
My mil is buying me it for my birthday so I'm going to let her choose between Copenhagen and the last one as they are the nicest. Before that she's dragging me to the local leather shop for a look.
