La Roche Posay-what to buy?

I've read a lot about this brand on Mumsnet but there are so many products available it's a bit bewildering. Can I get some recommendations on which products to get?

I'm looking for a face wash and day/night cream. In my 30's. I get cystic type spots on my jawline quite often and though my face is clear of spots I do have scarring and uneven skin.

Any ideas why I should buy?

I am using the physiological cleanser and it's lovely

I use Effaclar purifying cleansing gel and it's wondrous! I get those cystic spots but less so I'd say now
