How would you style this top?

I spotted this in h&m and fell for the colour, its even brighter in real life. Would you wear a white shirt under it and skinny trousers? Any ideas please

The top made me think of navy fronted or high wasted trousers.

My sister has this top, I love it. It is fairly cropped so high waisted black cigarette pants and heels look fab.

High waisted trousers would work great! Now I just need to work on the post christmas bulge. It was a bit of an impulse buy as it was just so lovely and bright on this awful winters day, hanging among the dull colours! It has made me look forward to spring
