Not leggings

I saw someone today wearing some more flattering type leggings
They didn't fit like tights do but stayed slightly off the leg but no baggy knees, they were not skinny jeans though
Any ideas what they could be?

Could they be Hoss Intropia structured leggings (colleague wears them and I quizzed her)

J Crew do a pair of trousers that are like structured leggings with a zip at the back. I have some and they don't bag at the knee.

They're listed as leggings here but I saw them in the flesh and they're definitely more trousers.
