I have stumbled across this online and it's a real blast from the past. I always liked it but was that because I was young and knew no better or is it really lovely as I remember back in the 1980's?

Am I the only old fogey here?

I don't remember it, but my Dad recently got some at a bargain price online. I love where it says "Highly Concentrated" on the bottle like a warning!
We couldn't actually believe it was a real fragrance. When was it popular?

I first came across it when I was in Italy for a while and a French girl I worked with used to wear it - hence my thinking it must be chic!

I then came across it again on a random bloke in about 1987. I recognised it and actually asked him what aftershave he was wearing and he confirmed it. I thought it was really nice and unusual...

It's actually pretty nice, considering the warning! Very woody, a bit spicy and seems to last a while. If you can get it for the right price I'm sure it is worth it for the nostalgia alone.

That's encouraging I was going to buy some for DP's birthday but thought the bottle looks a bit - It will need to be presented with an explanation because he'll wonder, what on earth... Not to mention its discounted price tag!
