Anyone know how it works?

You email them and they then send you a lengthy document which you have to print out and arrange for DHL to come and collect them. I find it quite a faff.

God, yes, it's like reading a legal doc. just to find out how to do it! The "flexi label" is blank and the return address is cunningly concealed at the back of the plastic covered delivery note. Items from different orders have to be returned in separate, humungous boxes .

Just got SE petty boots from Coggles and there is no paperwork at all with that!

I lost the will to live with the last lot of returns. I just printed it all out and waited for 'bobby' the dhl man to come and sort it out.

And I know a separate box for each item is crazy.

I good idea, I'll just lump it all on Bruce
