Zalando - ok to use?

I've been stalking some boots for a while and have seen them discounted (slightly) on a site called Zalando. Has anyone used them before? I see they use myhermes, which I've no experience of, but not heard good things about them! Thanks.

I used Zalando for the first time last week. I'd never heard of them before so wasn't sure what to expect but they were brilliant! Package arrived quickly and beautifully wrapped. I've just placed another order!

I used them once, they were good. I didn't like the boots in the end so returned them and it was a super easy process.

Zalando is massive in Germany. They have good stuff, you get free delivery & returns here too.
Cannot speak for the UK side of operations, though.

Yes they're brilliant I've had some great bargains from them. They're well organised (as you'd expect being German) and their returns are processed quickly.

I ordered some sandals which unfortunately broke the first time I wore them.

They asked me to send them back, refunded my money straight away and gave me a voucher for the inconvenience.

No hassle at all.

Boots ordered! Fingers crossed that I like them in the flesh. Hopefully my quest is over :)
