Anyone do Nordic Walking?

did it change you from rectangle to hourglass and make you more attractive to men?
No actually, did you keep it up, suffer no injuries, meet lots of nice people, and go on to take wonderful holidays in the alps?

Not quite but I have kept it up for a couple of years - go out several times a week on my own and with a group. It's fantastic exercise that I really enjoy and easy on joints which are knackered by inflammatory arthritis....Has definately improved legs and bum although eating my own weight in rubbish over Christmas hasn't helped.
