I like it in Cedar a lot (but just noticed it's not reduced in this colour)! Not mad about the Chutney.

Seasalt knits are brilliant but you do need to be careful what you wear them with.

I actually thought when I saw the thread title that this would be about Seasalt psychic

Oh I'm sorry OP but it's really not to my taste at all! It looks like something Victoria wood would wear in a sketch (no offence VW who is more glam in real life)

The colour is great, but nothing else is. The models look pretty shit in it in all the colours.

I'm not sure Seasalt make anything for anyone who wants to look good, the are fantastic at making clothes that are comfy, practical and well made.

(Apologies to all the Seasalt lovers)

I think the combination of short, chunky knit and boxy shape will automatically exclude the item as flattering on most people's bodies. I'm thinking the only person who would suit this is size 6, needs a bit of chunking up and has fantastic autumn colouring.

Depends what you mean by "good", Gobblers . I go through phases of loving the wholesome, homespun granny-knits look Grin. Not so much now, but a couple of years ago I'd have been all over a cardi like that. I'd wear it with skinny jeans, chunky boots, glossy hair and dramatic eye make-up. On the other hand, I think some of the items raved about on S&B are hideous tat.

That said, Seasalt are not edgy or fashionable, they have a lot of smocky things favoured by my mum and sweatshirts, and the styling of the models is often rubbish. So I can see where the naysayers are coming from.
