Has anyone used Net A Porter? What are they like to deal with??

Only ordered one thing from them. Easy transaction, delivered when expected. Well packaged.

Very good, quick dispatch and great communication. Very quick to arrange and process refunds if necessary too.

I have always found their service to be good.

Never any problem with delivery or ordering (website usability), and never had any undeliverable items even during sale periods. New-gen(ish) designers get introduced into the mix regularly. I particularly like the 'my wardrobe' function. You can opt for discreet packaging but I heart the black boxes.

I have bought a few things in the past. Love love the black boxes! Have found them so easy to buy from and return stuff. Mostly really good quality stuff - obviously, given the price. Oh how I miss my old disposable income!
