new hairstyle

Hi anybody got any ideas as to what hairstyle might suit me?
I have just below chin-length hair, all the same length, medium thickness with a tendency to go wavy unless I straighten it.
Its in a bob at the minute and it looks a bit boring to be honest and I would like something a bit more up to date without it being really short.
Dont suit it short as I have fairly round face although good cheekbones.
Any ideas welcome.

my new hairstyle! Got it coloured too so no longer have grey roots. Hairdresser kept asking if I was sure in case I changed my mind at the last minute. I like it a lot.

Ive put another pic up where u can see my roots at top where the grey is.
My hair redish naturally, do u think I could go darker?
I know ur not really meant to as u get older. Dont know what I would suit.
