I bought a top from Hobbs on Sunday and would like to return it for a refund (I paid using my debit card). However, I have lost the receipt. I could show them the transaction on my online bank statement - has anyone ever done this and been successfully refunded? It will not be the end of the world to get a credit note, but I would prefer a refund.
