Do you do it every day? What oils? (I have almond and castor) Do you moisturise afterwards too?,Help!

yes, every evening. I use castor & olive oil (I have oily skin). i moisturise afterwards (just a light one).

transformed my skin.

it got worse first.... took about 3 months to see results. glad I stuck to it.
