New Balance sizing help?

I ordered a totally bargainous pair of NB kids trainers in a 39. They have just called me to say the pair they have are actually a 38.5 .

Does anyone know what the sizing is like on NB trainers? Do they come up small?

With trainers you would normally go up a size to allow your feet to stretch while running etc Obviously not so much of an issue if wearing them round the shops etc

I think they come up small. Sorry, not what you wanted to hear. I went a whole size up for mine.

Well, I found my youth 5.5 running pair very generous but adult 39 fashion ones small. I'm usually a small 6 in most places, wear a nike 39.

NB do come up small in my experience. I have a pair as does my ds, we've both had to go up half a size

Branch 309 have some NB fashion trainers at a very good price by the way.

Thanks, I have just ordered those! Not sure about the khaki and orange, I had ordered a black and orange pair, but orange was the important bit!

If anyone is a size 5 Kids Cavern will probably be putting my pair back up online at some point.

I find that New Balance come up small too. I usually go up half a size to a full size. Sorry!

I've also found new balance to come up small.

definitely come up small so size up.. had to send one pair back ordered in usual size.
