Embellished shoulder jumper?

Has anyone seen a jumper with embellished shoulders that is not cropped, and preferably a bit longer?

I'm a 16 on top, crop jumpers sit right on my widest part and make me look awful. 5'8 if that helps!

Also - are ash trainers still cool? I like the virgin ones ... And are there any good deals on the silk/wool blend becksondergaard scarves?
