Am hoping against hope that Dr will say everything back to normal at my 6 week check tomorrow (other than piles and excruciating pain when trying to have sex
) and I can start running again.
But what sports bra is the best to get and what size.
Am a 36g in feeding bras and not sure training bras would go up that big, or maybe they do.
Also need some post baby fat exercise clothes till I can fit into all my normal stuff. Where's the best place to buy cheap stuff or should I just squeeze myself into my regular gym stuff and yell at people 'I've just had a baby' if they stare at my over flowing mountains of belly and acreage of thigh!!
Trying to be light hearted about this because feel grosse at the moment. Bottom half is a 14 but the massive norks make me look like my grandma did when I was little!! Have had ED in past so really want to try just eating sensibly and exercising lots rather than plumping for a proper diet as I have a tendency to get rather obsessive and I don't want to start cutting calories and it affect my milk.
