Is the sizing similar at all?
I usually have to go a size up in Zara skirts so would you advise same for Massimo?

Thanks.

Ooh, and if you bought this skirt what footwear would you opt for?
I'd be temped to perhaps shorten skirt to knee length (I am 5'4) and wear with either pointy flats or heeled shoes and opaques. Knee boots always bury me and make me look like farmer Giles.

Sizing is similar to Zara. I agree, it's not an easy length on me either, knee boots and I would look like I was trudging out to feed the hens. All I would be missing is one of those aprons and a small headscarf à la princess Anne. I have a slightly shorter skirt (only a few cms shorter) and it is completely wrong with any boots. I wear with flats or a wedge heel.

Thanks lurking.
I would have to get it altered, but feel it may be worth it as I have been searching for this exact style and fabric for a while.

I also think the boot problem is maybe due to contemporary styles having more room at the top. They used to suit me better when they were a bit more fitted in the leg, like sixties style.
