Spotty neck/chest help!

Help! I seem to be getting occasional random big spots on my neck and on my chest, not too bad but obviously not very nice to look at, they are usually red and not squeezable, so I leave them but they take a fair while to clear and usually leave a faint scar. I wonder if its hormonal, as they seem worse around TOTM? I'm getting married in Sept and I'd love to do something about them sooner rather than later - but i'm also fairly broke! Any suggestions?

Get to your gp. Mine were like that, I was given duac cream, if you can't get that get quinoderm from the pharmacy.

Mine only stopped while pg. they are painful.

I did a course if sunbeds before our wedding it cleared everything but you know the dangers, try the cream

I dont know if they are severe enough to go to the gp but I will give the quinoderm a go. Sunbeds would probably help but I have a fair few moles and a family history of skin cancer so I'm pretty reluctant to give that a go. I use hot cloth polish on my face, I wondered if i should be using it on my neck/chest too maybe?
