I'm just curious what purchases you can attribute to Mumsnet and are you pleased with them?

I bought the Hush ruched skirt which I love and I've just invested in the Babyliss Big Hair and am pleased with the results so far. I wouldn't normally look at anything called big hair as I like my hair skinny but it's sleek with shape in the right places Grin

Hot cloth cleansers - ok, but moved on to Ole Henriksen
BBH - hated
Urban Decay Naked 1 - brilliant
Becksondergaard scarves - oh, how I love thee!
Coast Olivia Dress reduced from £95 to £30 on ASOS - beautiful

...And now I'm off to buy lots from this thread Grin

Boden cropped cashmere cardigans thanks to Flowery and others, I wear them over my 1950s full-skirted dresses all the time and I absolutely love them! I've just bought another (a purple one) and it's gorgeous. And they are machine washable and lovely and warm.

Glimmerberry · 31/12/2013 17:17

I joined when looking for reviews for baby products with PFB. I decided to go with the majority rather than waste precious time doing my own research. As a result almost everything child related in our house has been bought as a result of mumsnet -from lidl nappies, to our buggy, to the angelcare monitor and even his aquadoodle and colouring pencils (stabilo woody) for Xmas this year (2 years old now).

Glimmerberry · 31/12/2013 17:18

Ahh, just realised this is S&B!

I also forgot about argon oil for my hair. I like it but not overwhelmed. I asked about Aveda black malva conditioner. Got some good advice and bought it. Very pleased with it.

If anybody would like a BBH, based on this thread, please PM me! I have one and am happy to donate it (I have very short hair now and my hair is far too thick and frizzy for a BBH when long anyway). Postage would probably be about a tenner due to weight Grin

Thants · 31/12/2013 18:35

Mrsmcenroe I'd love one! Which size do you have? I have super thick, long hair. All the talk about them on mn has made me lust for one!

MarshaBrady · 31/12/2013 18:42

I run everything past MNV so they keep me on the straight and narrow.

I'm sure lots of things have been found / linked for me but it's a muddle on which ones.
