imedeen/perfectil etc

has anyone tried imedeen, perfectil, the collagen drinks etc and if so do they make any difference? am quite wrinkly but they are £££ so I'm not sure and would like a recommendation

On and off and I'd say that yes they do make a difference. Having said that, I think it's also psychological because once you embark on them, it costs so much that you start taking care anyway... Like drinking more water, less alcohol etc.

I have a friend who swears by it and she's 40 this year. She only looks about 30!

never did a thing for me. I have quite oily skin. They did nothing for my redness and sensitivity. I still got blemishes and flare ups.. waste of money imho

Yes! I took perfectil and my weak short flaky nails are shiny talons now. I think my skin has improved- usually dry parched but hormonal spots, it seems to have calmed down Smile not so much on actual lines, but texture better iyswim

I might give perfectil a go as it's cheaper than imedeen - will try for a couple of months and report back
