Orange peel skin

My skin has for really orange peel like in places....perhaps unsurprising given I am 48 in a couple of months.
I have been told Bioeffect serum is meant to be good but it is very pricey.
The worst area is where I had a mole removed last month (it was thought for be a basal cell carcinoma but luckily the biopsy was normal). I am using bio-oil on the scar but am not sure if this is making the pores worse.
Any advice would be greaf

I really like body brushing. Only just started doing it, but my skin feels and looks smoother on my legs.

If it's on your face, have you tried a toner, or a primer? I like porefessional by benefit.

You could try a Clarisonic? My skin is definitely smoother since using it.

I would swap the bio oil for olive oil actually. Biooil has a load of rubbish in it which could block your pores, making them look bigger.

Try finding a proper facialist (gnvq level 3 as a minimum) and have a monthly facial for 6 months, wear sunscreen, use olive oil to wash your face- wash face only in the evening you take makeup off. Just splash with water in the morning, or you take off all the natural protection your skin has been busy making all night.

I know this is not 'normal' advice but it will work!

I have horrible big pores too. Have just invested in Liz Earle cleanse & polish plus the toner. I have high hopes.

Thanks folks. I only use the bio-oil on my scars but will make sure I avoid the rest of my face.
I will look into Liz Earle and Clarisonic too and find someone to give me a facial.
