Boden preview discount on returns

I ordered a load of stuff in the November spring preview but have now decided I don't want most of it. There are some other things on the preview site that I do now want however obviously the preview code isn't applicable now.

Am I imagining it or if I get the order, then return it and exchange for different stuff I still get the 20%? I seem to remember reading that on here.

Otherwise I'll just cancel the original order and wait for a reasonable code to order the new stuff.

Hhhmmmm not sure but it is thanks to you, Flowery, that I now own two Boden cashmere cardigans (thanks to your post on one of my threads a while ago) and have just ordered another three in the sale, so I wanted to pop onto your thread and say hi!

I can't wait for a spring preview code, there are some high platform sandals that I MUST have, then I'm not buying any new clothes at all for the rest of 2014!

Yes. You are right. If you exchange they will honour the 20% preview discount.

No cardoon Sad - I should have ordered them three weeks ago when the discount was much greater but I had put them on my Christmas list and thought DH might buy me one (he didn't!).... But the size/colour combos I liked were selling out so I grabbed them, and will only keep one or two and send the other(s) back, depending on which one I like best....

I did check the Spring preview first, and none of the colours I've ordered are available for spring, otherwise I would have waited for a better discount code. They are getting wise to us at Boden HQ aren't they?!

Ahhh, yes, there will be new ones for spring...Boden are so annoying though with their yoyo discounts Grin. I think they are trying to run a tighter ship, you're right....bugger
