I am moving in a few weeks and will need to buy a wardrobe once in the new house. I was thinking of buying an ikea pax so I can organise my clothes, shoes, bags etc properly but was after advice on the best way to do it! Grin

Sorry no helpful advice, but I'm in a similar situation and was planning to buy the same thing.

The place we're moving to has high ceilings and I think these wardrobes are the best in terms of offering height and for able storage.

There is the option of having one built into your room by a specialist. You'd get what you want but the cost would be much higher I'd imagine.

I have lots of Pax - we have a 4m length of the tallest ones with sliding doors.

There is a planner buried on the Ikea website. IME the wire baskets aren't great at the 1m width but are fine at 50cm. The wooden drawers are great and hold loads of stuff.
