Lovely bubble bath?

I like a bath, but when I go to buy bubble bath all I seem to find are showergels.

Where can I buy bubble bath that smells nice (ie not floral) and is moisturising and luxurious without being too expensive?

I adore molten brown, it's about £12 for a big bottle, so not cheap, but you honestly only need about a teaspoon for a super foamy bath, and the foam lasts the whole bath instead of disappearing in 5 mins like cheap ones do.
Gingerlily smells lovely, but they have lots of 'flavours' inc non flowery options

Bath with 'bubbles' is shit and cheap

You want Kneipp - herbal bath (no bubbles) or bath salts - very potent, very relaxing

If you want moisturising you need a 'milk' with oil in it, or indeed a bath oil - elemis milk bath or elemis rose and jasmine have moisturisers in it

For oil Ren rose or Jo Malone oils in various smells are super oily

The more 'bubbles' something has the more I think it's like washing up liquid

Lush!!

Or try the Naked range (can get it at boots). No sulphates in the stuff either(so not like washing up liquid)

This scent is bloody gorgeous and sexy without being flowery.I have the shower gel in it too and it always makes me feel good

I love Molton brown too.
I hate having a bath without bubbles.

It gives the cat something to play with too

I just had a lovely bath.

Couple of hand fulls of Dead Sea magik bath salt, few drops of jojoba oil, bio oil and lavender oil.

It was amazing.

Find bubble baths a bit pants really.

Philosophy range is fab just bought some from John Lewis think it was around 11 pound, the honeybuns flavour is amazing and so is the vanilla birthday cake. Very bubbly and moisturising, I love it.

Not exactly what you asked for, but if you're ever after a 'bubble bath' that will make you feel completely relaxed then I can recommend this, a nice scent & lots of bubbles.

It's so good, I suffer terribly from frequent headaches & I find when I have a soak with this, i've no need to pop a pill! One tip - have the water as hot as you can bear it (obviously not too hot to scold!) Leaves me feeling all calm & ready for bed.....

Love having a nice relaxing bath, but I'm definitely finding it harder to find bubble baths and oils - looks like more people prefer showers these days!

sultrywinter · 27/12/2013 16:18

L'Occitane's almond shower oil makes a very luxurious bath oil. Add a cap to running water.

SpringyReframed · 27/12/2013 18:34

Neal's Yard. It smells gorgeous and is good for you plus it is quite bubbly!
