Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation question

jalopy · 22/12/2013 16:09

Has anyone tried the new radiance Healthy Mix foundation in the red top bottle? How does it compare to the black top bottle called 123 foundation?
I know people have recommended the original BHM but I dont know which one to get.

Healthy mix gives me acne, if that's any help?

I use the lightest colour.

I find that when it's on it gets a chalky texture.

I wouldn't rebuy it tbh

I have both and prefer the red top. It's the only foundation I've ever re-bought - on my third bottle! I'm a palester so Vanille Clair (51) is the best colour match I've come across.

SELondonSwede · 22/12/2013 21:43

I bought it as lisa eldridge spoke so highky of it. I am abit meh about it tbh.
It is ok but not as good as the hype suggests. I will not rebuy it.

I love it- think its great.

SofaCanary · 22/12/2013 23:01

It's a good enough liquid foundation, compares well with pricier stuff.

I'm back on the Jane Iredale mineral powder at the moment - piss easy to apply and doesn't look at all makeuppy iykwim.

I bought it a few weeks ago after seeing it recommended on here and by Lisa Eldridge. Love the texture and colour (52), blends well, covers well and lasts. But it has given me such a spotty chin! Back on with L'oreal Mineral Powder foundation which doesn't give me spots.

Thanks for the feedback. Might give it a go. I'll get back to you.

I bought it after a thread on here, I ended up mixing it with a heavier foundation for more coverage and then dusting with mineral powder afterwards to tone down the shine a bit. I wont buy again
