Anyone got one? I have...considered it for a long time, because of the price. Was sick of looking at my 'churchill chops' though.Xmas Sad Did it do much for you? Gel pads seem like a high-ish ongoing cost. In the past when I have had these sort of excercise machines for my body, you could use a water-based gel IIRC. Anyone tried? TIA

www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B003DIWW4I/ref=oh_details_o04_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I had this delivered yesterday. The reviews are good, so I thought it was worth a shot for £29.

OOPS. Missed the 'face' bit in your OP. Do NOT strap this round your head Grin

Pagwatch · 20/12/2013 15:27

Haha at 'don't strap this round your head'
Grin

not got one but did read up on it after Sali Hughes raved about it in her column of best buys - generally all positives so it is on my list to consider but now CACI have one as well so I get more confused and wrinkly ..

they have this on qvc, i was tempted but it looked a bit annoying and i doubt i would keep it up Grin.

i have the waist one and that does work but you need to use it for the rest of your life Grin.

I almost bought one recently but read reviews and they weren't good. The cost of replacement pads seemed to be a major bugbear

ParsleyTheLioness · 20/12/2013 17:10

Yes re the pads...annoying that they have built in highish cost ongoing consumables. I have a really old machine that just had metal contact points, non of this buy extra stuff nonsense. I will resist the urge to put it round my head Prima Xmas Grin

Interesting reviews South, a lot of them about the fit of the headpiece.

are you still getting one? will be interested to know what you think!

ParsleyTheLioness · 21/12/2013 11:38

Got one. First one went back with a fault about not making proper contact with my fizzog, despite changing the gel pads and changing the position a couple of times. Also, its meant to hold info about the level of electric pulses used in the last session, so you can increase a bit, or stick to the same level, but that stopped working quite quickly. When you return it, they don't refund the postage in cash but send you gel pads Xmas Hmm. The second one's info has never worked properly but I can't bear to send it back again, and have my house full of gel pads when I might have thrown in the towel and stopped using it by then and then I will have to make a decision about putting it on ebay or something
