I just stood on my GHD's

My ghd straighteners are over 9years old and I stood on them today. I don't really want to send £100 to replace them so does anyone have any recommendations for cheaper ones?

I've got loads of long thick hair so they need to get really hot and not pull as it goes through my hair. I also would love to be able to get them from sainsburys or tesco as I'm going past tomorrow morning.

oh no there are people on ebay who fix them
i used one

they might do express if you contact. Mine were fixed years ago and i was very pleased with it

Ghd are a really good company I would send them back (you get free post labels from any stockist) if they can't fix them they usually offer discount on a new pair

I stood on it and broke one of the sides straight in half! Not sure there's much they could do and really need them for the weekend as going away. Typical isn't it!

I have just got some GHDs for £79 on lookfantastic.com - I checked and they are an approved website on GHDs own site bargain!

Luckily I had my boots on but that's probably why they broke tbh.
