Do you have to size down for their jeans leggings ones?

My jeggings form new look I had to size down but I hardly ever wear them (and therefore hardly ever wear a couple of tunics that are too short to wear with normal leggings) because they take about half an hour to get over my hips due to lack of stretch in waistband. Great once on, not so great when you need the loo.

Are the uniqlo ones better?

Size down, they are super stretchy ( but keep their shape).

DD1 has a permanent plea out for jean leggings.

I think I have different jeans to the ones the op is talking about! I think the op means these but I was thinking about these. I haven't tried the leggings.
