DD is big into contouring but makes do with an old bronzer of mine or has the Sleek set, which can look a bit orangey/muddy. I want to get her a set for Xmas and I don't know what. She is pale with dark hair...any recommendations?
I'm looking at the Daniel Sandler, the Kevin Aucoin ( but ££ each for small contour and highlighter) but any suggestions very welcome.

I have the colouring of snow white...the only contour i can use is ilamasquas hollow. Its perfect. A greyish taupe rather than the muddy browns of the ones youve mentioned. Its is my holy grail contour.

Thanks...off to the ilamasquas store now! Do you use a highlighter?

Yes but weirdly i find highlighter less of a problem. Beccas simmering skin tint in opal is ace tho. Ilamasqua is def the best brand for covering the pale end of the spectrum so worth a look there for highlighters too. The staff are always super helpful and very good.

Hope she likes hollow, lucky dd to have you putting so much thought into it. Grin

Update...went to Ilamasquas, they were incredibly helpful. A lovely transvestite with cheekbones contoured like Kim Kardashian did a full demo on a fair skinned assistant and in the end I went for the Hollow shade in the powder ( called Heroine but exactly the same colour) and the Sleek highlighter. They are perfect and am extremely tempted to nick them myself!!! Thanks for the help Thanks Xmas Smile

Haha that sounds exactly like most ilamasqua experiences...mad but brilliant!! Hope you and your daughter enjoy them then!
