Need recommendations for boots

Title says it all. I am after a pair of mid-calf chunky soled boots. Do Mumsnetters have any recommendations? I know that Fly are a popular brand, but are there other faves?

The S&B seems to be a busy board, so I thought that I would ask for some opinions! TIA.

Hi, many thanks for posting. I love both the examples that you found, and then had a good browse on the zalando website. I haven't seen that site before, and found lots of choices. Love the look of some Liebeskind boots at c. £200!

I haven't seen anything that I like the look of in the shops, but I am not getting any browsing time for myself at the moment. I thought that some fresh ideas would help me. Many thanks for your help.

Oooh, thanks! I had a look through a couple of pages of thread titles last night, but couldn't see for looking. In my defence I was trying to watch Xmas British Bake Off at the same time.
