Help! Fake tan failure!

I had a spray tan in prep for my twins Baptism and my hand have gone a fetching shade of Walnut!

I've been back to the salon and had no joy dispite them trying hair bleach, buffing and even waxing my hands!

At home I've tried lemon and sugar, washing powder, baby wipes, nail polish remover and still it's not budging.

I am officially panicking as I thought that 2 days later it would have started to fade but it hasn't.

Instead this moring I have saw hands and the horrible prospect of being a laughing stock at the baptism tomorrow.

Help!

Are you near a body shop? They have a scrubby cloth which is great for taking off fake tan.

MrsBucketxx · 14/12/2013 09:29

Just keep scrubbing, as much as you can it will come off eventually, maybe you coukd get some vintage style gloves to cover them.

You can buy self tan remover. Boots should sell it.

Can you go swimming? The chlorine fades it a bit? Use a rough towel to really rub dry afterwards. Also oil based body scrub should help...again, dry afterwards by rubbing with a rough towel. Good luck!

Dishwasher tablets! The ONLY thing that really works. This is from experience.
