I can recommend George's 'touche éclat'.

It's as good as the Body Shop one, which is as good as the original one. And it costs £4.50.

Thanks! Do you use it as a highlighter or concealer or both? (Have never used touche éclat)

Concealer mainly but both really. My eyes look like that --> BiscuitBiscuit
