Polyvore?

Thank you to everyone who has been sharing their Pinterest boards, they have really got be thinking about my wardrobe.
But can someone explain Polyvore please? There are so many good pins from there but I really struggle to get my head around the site and find anything.

Polyvore is a bit like an online wardrobe facility, where you can search for items and put them together in outfits or sets - a good way to pin a whole 'look'.
