Hair product advice

Need some advice. I've got a short pixie cut but my hair is v thick and it's starting to grow out. My V05 putty is starting to make it look greasy, I need a product that can help keep it under control but not look greasy. Any ideas?

I use redken spray wax or a thickening/volumising powder in the roots which gives it definition. You could use dry shampoo to do the same thing.

Sorry, I wasn't clear, I don't want to build volume as it's quite thick and I keep it short and relatively sleek, but I don't want the greasy finish.

As spray wax sounds a good idea as I could just spray it on without running my fingers through it which is what starts it looking greasy.

What shampoo/conditioner do you use? You may have a silicone build up which can make it "greasy"

(Anything like Aussie, Pantene etc will do this)

That's interesting, I do use Aussie!

What's a good shampoo then please?
