Ugg Slippers

Who has Ugg slippers and which style? What are they like for comfort and support? I spend too much time standing on a tiled kitchen floor so need a supportive sole. Anyone have Ansley or www.uggaustralia.co.uk/cozy-ii/5614.html?dwvar_5614_color=BLK#start=7&cgid=women-slippers? Are they worth their price tag?

Sorry, so many questions in one paragraph!

Thanks

I have the Ansley slippers, like you I spend a lot of time in the kitchen so need decent slippers, very comfy, warm etc. hard sole means I can take rubbish out etc without changing shoes . I did read one review somewhere online that someone loved them so much that they wore them out and about. Not sure I would however but they are great albeit expensive slippers!

I've got the dakota ugg slippers. I love them! So, so comfy and keep my feet so warm, I've got raynauds so warm feet are a must Smile I'd seriously recommend them, definitely worth the price tag if you wear slippers a lot. Mine are 6 years old and still going strong. Got a few marks etc but fine. And that's with a lot of wear. The minute I get out of bed/home from work I put them on til I go to bed again. I pretty much wore them for 9 months on mat leave Hmm will get another pair when these ones are done.

I have some knitted Ugg slippers (sheepskin on the inside) but the soles got very slippery after a few too many trips out to the garden so I then bought these from Celtic Sheepskin and I LOVE them - I have had them for two years and they are bombproof.

Gosh, great reviews for the Ansley's. Can I just ask about the sole - is there any softness under your foot or, after a while, does it feel like you're standing on a hard floor, barefoot ? I have Celtic Sheepskin slippers which are very similar but soft soled, rather than rubber. I couldn't wear them all day as there is simply no support but they are sheer luxury to put on in the evenings when dinner is cleared up/after a bath.

Also, does anyone have the Cosy II's? I'd love to get feedback on them also before choosing.

Thanks everyone!

Ugg slippers were sent from heaven for all the good girls and boys! I love mine and wear them every day from the minute I get in until bedtime. I have worn away the sheepskin sole but I'm just about to get ugg sheepskin insoles to replace it. You. Must. Buy. Some! demand for Christmas your feet will thank you Xmas Grin

Baby - does it bend or is it rigid (don't want rigid!) - and I take it you're talking about the Cosy II's. Cake - very nice indeed! They're one of the two pairs I linked to, aren't they?

Now, which to choose? They will be going on my Christmas wishlist Xmas Grin.

Yes! They are a solid sole exactly like your shoe but soft inside. They are often on discount in outlet villages so keep an eye out! Xmas Grin

To be fair Ugg should have stopped at the slippers and sacked the boots off

vanillavelvet · 11/12/2013 22:34

I have ugg slippers! Have had them for 2 years, wear them daily, and they still look great. Best slippers I've ever owned. Do it! Grin

Quick question. What's sizing like? Will be ordering the Ansleys as the Cosys have sold out in my size. Read one review of the Ansleys where me one said they are small. Ny advice please? I'm a 6 and don't know whether togo for a 6 or 7.

Thanks
