These days I need to colour my white, hag-like roots every 3 weeks.

I'm sure there is a hair colour on the market which, once mixed, lasts for 6 weeks so is much more economical.

Or did I dream it???

A colleague told me about something similar recently so don't think you did dream it. Unfortunately can't remember what it's called so am not much help!

Mousse absolute? something like that

It's a L'Oreal mousse, luxe looking gold packaging, sorry I can't remember the name. It's a great idea, and the colour was good but it didn't cover my greying temples, so back to Nice & easy for me (the only one that covers my grey)

I'm in a similar situation and use L'Oreal Mousse Absolue. It is specifically designed for re-use. So I colour my hair all over, then 3 to 4 weeks later I touch up the parting, temples, etc so one pack lasts me nearly 8 weeks. I've realised that at the temple I actually have to go past the hairline to ensure I get right down to all the fine hair or it still shows grey. Luckily the excess on the skin comes off with eye make up remover. Can thoroughly recommend the product.

Thank you. Thanks

I used Olia last night and although I left it on for the full 30 mins it still hasn't covered all my grey bits!

Is the colour they use at the salon better at this?

i'm not a fan of olia, have used it twice and both times the colour faded within a week.

i know different brands suit different hair, but my favourite is l'oreal excellence.
