Are pleat neck dresses passé?

I have pleat neck dress, a little like this that I bought a few years ago. Mine is nicer - it's by Whistles and made of silk but I'm wondering if that sort of neck feature is passé - what does the mumsnet fashion jury think?!

I don't think that it's such a pronounced feature that it would hugely date. If you have it and like it, wear it.

It's fine, there are loads of those kind of dresses still around. And anyway, I think if you like something and it suits you, wear it.

Whistles only really sell classic wear that will not date.
