Fragrance help pleeeeeease

I wear Calvin Klein Obsession, but like to layer the perfume with the body lotion (prefer the smell of the lotion, it is slightly more 'powdery'), but they seem to have discontinued the lotion alone - you can buy in a set, but that's no good for me as I have loads of perfume.
So, is there anything anyone could recommend as a similar kind of scent which has a lotion as well?? Thanks in advance

Cannot recommend any as I loathe and despise all CK scents.

However ifyou go on a site like osmoz to see what similar scebts there are (note I don't even use the term perfume when I hate something!).

There are other sites but that is the one I remember.

Personally think Obsession is really dated, so I would look for something completely new.

OP I would ask in those Perfume Shops/Fragrance Shops ( you know the ones - they sell sets quite a lot cheaper than elsewhere). They might have some left over from sets that haven't sold.

If you like those strong musky types how about Chanel No 19? Tis ££££££ but I love it!

Thanks! I've pretty much checked everywhere and nada. I bought off eBay a while back but nothing doing now. I used to wear no 19, but remember it being quite citrussy, so will smell it again. Guess I need to get myself to a dept store and try some new stuff.

Have you looked on www.fragrantica.com/? If you look up your preferred perfume, in the sidebar you'll see what others who like that perfume also like. I wear Shalimar by Guerlain which shares a lot of similar notes, it is £££ but worth it. If you like the powdery notes, try YSL Opium - the recent reformulation is more powdery, and should come with a body lotion. Personally I do like CK Obsession, but it's one of the cheapest of it's types (Oriental Spicy). It's worth spending more on better quality perfume IMO, they smell so much better and less artificial. You should always wear what you like, who cares if it's 'dated' - Shalimar dates from the 20s but it's a classic and I love it.
